India and Germany strengthen partnership through innovation and technology
India and Germany, represented by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chancellor Olaf Scholz, have signed several memoranda of understanding (MoUs) to expand their cooperation on green hydrogen, technology and trade. These agreements focus on enhancing sustainable energy, expanding technological innovation and strengthening the economic partnership between the two countries under the leadership of Modi and Scholz.

The Indo-German Energy Forum (IGEF) provides a dialogue platform for high-level policy makers, financial institutions, industry and research organizations to deepen and enhance the bilateral cooperation for the energy transition in Germany and India. Both leaders expressed satisfaction about the cooperation in the field of renewable energy and energy efficiency, including the important and successful work under the Indo-German Energy Forum (IGEF).
