Germany and Israel announce energy partnership

Israel and Germany signed a joint declaration of intent on cooperation in the energy sector at the annual ministerial meeting of the International Energy Agency (IEA) in Paris. 

Together, they want to develop renewable energies and new energy technologies – for a reliable, sustainable and affordable energy supply for both countries. The partnership also aims to find new solutions in the area of cybersecurity for energy infrastructure.
