Parliamentary State Secretary Rouenhoff visits Australia for dialogue
Germany and Australia are deepening their close cooperation on hydrogen and raw materials in order to expand sustainable energy systems. During a visit by Parliamentary State Secretary Stefan Rouenhoff to Australia, concrete steps were agreed upon for collaborative projects in the field of green hydrogen and secure raw material supply chains. Both sides are providing funding to secure hydrogen products for Europe, in particular through the H2Global initiative. These developments are part of the bilateral energy partnerships that were established in 2017 to strengthen innovation and security of supply for the energy transition.
